CASETIFY - DEMONSTRATING TRUST IN MULTIPLE WAYS

Tech accessories brand “CASETiFY” has made it easier than ever to stay safe as well as help others in need. As a DTC brand, it has been able to position itself in a way that creates trust among customers with the launch of #CASETiFYProtects. 

New products and the marketing focus have revolved around this initiative such as;

  1. The release of their reusable cloth face masks; each purchase also leads to a donation of a mask to health care workers in need (over 35k masks donated in just one month). 

  2. A portable UV sanitizer product sold to help clean phones, where all proceeds will be donated to coronavirus relief funds (over $100k donated)

  3. 10 free sanitizing wipes that are sent alongside each new phone case purchase. (to their community of over 180 countries). 

CASETify has provided content and launched initiatives that are both helpful to the consumer and demonstrates their commitment to the global community. This is an example of how DTC brands are able to lead people to be inclined to trust brands, in a big yet authentic and intimate way.
