What if you had to sell online only?

Earlier this month, I co-authored an article with Tu T. Le of Sino Auto Insights on the challenges posed to that sector during COVID-19. For brands looking to slingshot out of the COVID downturn - through to a successful recovery - it is critical to shift from ‘playing defense’ to ‘playing offence.’

In the work we do with brands in digital transformation, we often pose the question “What if you could only sell online?” And, with COVID, that hypothetical became a real scenario and many brands have suffered through a challenging period with inadequate digital infrastructures.

The brands that answer this challenge most successfully - by ‘playing offence’ - will be the ones that make the biggest gains in the months ahead.
